Once you have your kids regularly eating from the four healthy food groups you have it made. If your kids are picky eaters then you can play games with them. Give them a healthy snack like carrot sticks with a low fat dip and try to have them guess which food group it came from.

Don't make it a battle to the death. Make it fun for you and your children. Remember that it is for everyone's own good and try not to get caught up in any health food crazes. The simplest choices are often the most economical. So use your common sense when choosing healthy foods for your kids.
